Configuration airport express

How I can setup my old airport express with my new iMac?
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
Option 1.....Borrow a Mac running Lion (10.7.2) or earlier, Leopard (10.5.x) or Snow Leopard (10.6.x). A PC would work as well.
PCs running Windows XP or Vista use AirPort Utility 5.5.3 for Windows - Apple Support
PCs running Windows 7 or higher use AirPort Utility 5.6.1 for Windows - Apple Support
Option 2....Invest in a new Express.
