after i updated my iphone 4 from ios7 to ios7.1, my phone does not appear any notification whenever i received a message even though notification is turned on.
after i updated my iphone 4 from ios7.1 to ios7.1.1, i found out that my phone does not notify me whenever i received messages though my notification on messages are turned on..
