If I have ILife on a PowerBook g4 can I target drive to my 2008 unibody MB Pro running Snow leopard?

Is it possible with a FW 800to FW 400 actually vice versa... ILife on PowerBook G4 running latest Tiger and would like to know if can "target drive" the iLife apps over to newer 2008 unibody MBPRO LATE 2008 running latest Snow leopard?
