trying to update my library. Downloaded a CD, its saying "sending information to apple". I t won't do anything else. This has been going on for two days now. What can I do?

Trying to update my itunes library on my home computer. I am a Itunes match subscriber. Downloaded a CD, hit the match button, its stuck sayng "sending information to Apple". It won't do anything else. this has been going on for two days now. What can I do?
Itunes match has become very frustrating. The more CDs I download, the slower my itunes gets. Now it won't update. HELP!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

Hi folks,

I found a solution in case your MATCH is still buggy...

JUST BOOT YOUR MAC HOLDING THE SHIFT KEY (until you see a progress bar).

Then in itunes disable and re-enable iTunes Match.

It should rescan all your library and eventually works.

At the end just reboot your Mac normally.

SUCCESS! This just worked for me:

1) Cancel the current match (press the x or click on the stop button)

2) Disable iTunes March (Store->Turn Off iTunes Match)

3) Quit iTunes (don't just exit; you have to quit it)

4) Run iTunes again

5) Turn on iTunes Match

This was the only thing that worked for me after hours and days of trying to match, getting stuck in various stages, and trying again.
