how to fix an unresponsive ipad
My ipad air is unresponsive and the screen is frozen.I am not able to power it off. Pressing the off button doesn't do anything... PLEASE HELP! URGENT!! My kids need to play on it!
iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1
Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
