How to reset Apple passcode that I have forgotten? Need it for downloading Apple update.

i got tired, since yesterday i have emailed you but all your steps has no points or solution, so what i can do to recover my screen passcode. across i crude no point because i need wifi, through i tunes cannot because i have to open my I pad first, among service ( apple authorized no respond because i don’t use simcart of any telco,i only use home wifi). what i can do do???
You can't recover the screen passcode. You have to restore the device in order to unlock it.
