Q: Why does my phone say your purchase cannot be completed when i try to make an in app purchase after i have already made alot?

i have made in app purchases in my pool games before but now its in bringing up a message saying the purchase could not be completed then i hit ok and it says transaction error cannot connect to itunes store. what do i do?
