CRITICAL) Download iTunes on your computer

1) Shut OFF Your device by holding sleep button then scrolling the "Power Off" Button. If the screen turns black 2 times, your ago.

2) Plug Your Cable into your iPhone and into your computer.

3) Open iTunes.

4) Put your device into DFU Mode by doing the following:

• Hold the power button for 3 seconds
• Begin holding the Home button without releasing the Sleep/Power button for 10 seconds
• Release the power button and continue holding the home button until you get a popup from iTunes that your device is recognized as being in recovery mode.

5) Now restore your iPhone using iTunes.
