RHA in-ear headphones controls doesn't work since the most recent update.

I bought those RHA MA450i 4 months ago. Since the last update of iOS (7.1.1), the control buttons (play/pause, vol. up & down) doesn't respond anymore. If that's not good, the worst thing is now sometimes it calls Siri for no reason and can even trigger randomly a 2x or 4x playback on a song. Is it something I can do to resolve this issue?

Have you went to RHA's support site?

Sometimes this works

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
