Does the new Mac Mini do well with The Sims 3?

Based on the requirements for Sims 3

FOR MAC OS X

Mac OS X 10.5.7 Leopard or higher
Intel Core Duo Processor
2 GB RAM
ATI X1600 or Nvidia 7300 GT with 128 MB of Video RAM, or Intel Integrated GMA X3100.
At least 6.1 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB of additional space for custom content and saved games

It should do fine

If you have 16Gb RAM, and you turn off things like: Details at a distance, smoothing, and reflections, & run it at a low resolution like 1280X800. Still, because The SIms3 uses Wine™ to emulate Windows' C drive (it ISN'T a native OS X app), you'll see temperatures over 180ºF (82ºC) when you run it. You'll need an app to bump up fan speed to compensate for that, or your Mini will be short lived.

I uninstalled The Sims3 because I use my Mini for work, and I can't afford to "bake it".
