Is there any way I can get my iPod touch 4th gen refurbished without having to spend $100 on a new screen? I've gotten it repaired at a Cellairis booth and they broke my home button but replaced the screen to work again. I need a refurbish bad...

My iPod touch 4th gens screen has been replaced three times at $100 a piece, last time it's home button was disconnected but the screen was repaired 100%, now about half of the screen works and I desperately need a new screen, do I have to send it in for a refurbishment? Or is there a place that can replace it's screen for less than $100?

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6
