Q: Google maps stopped working in Safari, ok in other browsers

Google maps does not respond in Safari. It works well in Torch, Firefox, etc. This is a new issue. All settings in Safari are normal.

    Which OS X is installed on your Mac ?

     

    Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.

     

    The version is noted there.

     

    Troubleshooting advice can depend on that information.

    From the Safari menu bar, select

            

    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions

         

    Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
