Apple II Europlus Error Help

Hey all. i have recently got a Apple II Europlus with disk drives.

Whenever i try to run/enter a command the machine freezes and i have to reset.

and when i enter "Call -151" to use ADTPro this error comes up.

im hoping someone can help me with this.
