    We need more information to be able to help you. Please answer the following questions:

    • Are you seeing this when you try to connect to iTunes U's Public Site Manager web site?
    • Have you been able to connect previously?
    • If you could previously connect, how recently?
    • What browser version and OS version are you using? (For example, "Safari 7.0.3 on OS X Mavericks 10.9.2".)
    • Have you disabled cookies in your browser?
    • Did you recently install or update any browser extensions?
