Port forwarding to control Wiser Home system

Dear Sir,

I installed the Wiser Home system form Schneider recenlty to control my home lighting. The system running smoothly in wifi mode.

The Wiser app in iphone cannot recognise my system in 3G mode. I would appreciate any help to fix the port forwarding in Air Port Extreme settings.
