You mean a logo which appears continously on all clips?
The easiest way is probaly by using the green/blue screen function. Ouside of iMovie you need to create a graphic with a green (or blue) background and your logo in the desired location. You can save this as a .jpg file. Then drag and drop this file above the clips on your timeline and extend it in duration to cover the whole movie. For details see: http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.0/#mov82da1338a
Of course the logo must not contain the same colour as the background. If this is a problem (i.e. it contains both green and blue) then there is an alternative but it is more complicated and is unsupported. It involves creating a .png or .tiff file with the logo on a transparent background. If have never thried this myself but others in this community report that it has to be of the exact size and aspect ratio since if you try to crop etc you loose the transparency.
If you search the forum you will probably find the posts on this method.

the Transparent.png-Trick is described in this User Tip:
