Q: Why won't projects from FCP X work with the new update?

When I updated to FCP 10.1.1, projects that were on a disconnected drive did not update and now I cant use them. If I plug in the drive and click on the project, it tries to open project with older 10.0.6 version. How do I get my projects to work?

Run the update function in the File menu and select the exrernal drive.
