Q: synching iBook between MBP and iPad?

Downloaded a PDF doc to iBook on my MBP. Unable to get this PDF document to synch to my iBook on my iPad. Have previously downloaded 3 other PDF documents and they have synched to my iBook on my iPad. It's always very difficult and seems to take hours and sometimes days before it synch. Is there a better and quicker way to get iBook to synch between my two devices?

Since there are several occasions where a post intended

for the iBooks author or other software ebook etc section

ends up in vintage PowerPC portable iBooks G3/G4 area,

your question gets one, in reply:

Is this a software or a hardware question,

does it relate to the purpose of this area?

    You are here:

Notebooks > iBooks G3/G4 ASC discussions

•Or should it be in either of the following software topics(?)

    iBooks Author

    iBooks

If not a Host may be asked to move it appropriately.

You could rephrase and post in the software topic areas, see

if the answers already are covered in the how-to parts of the

Apple Support database online. There may be a system issue

behind the symptom you cite, since the problem could be

looked at from a maintenance or file ownership or settings POV.

However this discussion area is for portable computers that

have not been built since their mid-2005 model series, and

that can't run a system newer than Mac OS X 10.5.8  at best.

Suitable traffic for your question would be likely in the options

linked above; or if additional issues involving iDevices or the

MacBook/Pro may affect this matter, those also have their

own discussions areas and plenty of Support documents...

    Good luck & happy computing!
