I can't get any in app purchases (your purchase could not be completed)
I try to get $1 in app purchase and it gives me an error message saying(your purchase could not be completed

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you are unable to make an In-App purchase on your iPod touch.
Have you checked to see if In-App Purchases are restricted? Go to Settings > General > Restrictions to see if Restrictions is turned on and In-App Purchases are enabled in the “Allow” list on your iPod touch:
