Q: i have iphone 4s and can't activate it because i don't know what it the apple id and password and its like a 3rd hand, so its original owner is impossible to reach. what i can do to activate it.

YOu've ran into the activation lock.

If you can't reach the original owner then you won't be able to use the phone.

YOu need the original owners info to bypass the activation lock.

There is nothing you can do. Without the credientials used to lock it, or the cooperation of the original owner, it's a brick.

Return it and get your money back if you can.  It's useless to you.
