Keynote Fails to Install

I purchased a new iPad Air. All my apps installed correctly, except for Keynote. It acts as if it is going to install, but is very slow. Then it quits and says "Keynote Could Not Be Installed". I have deleted and started over. I have shut down and restarted. Nothing works. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello there, thecarusogroup.

First off, great job on troubleshooting your issue on your device. The Keynote for iOS application is a fairly large file and seems to be timing out for you when downloading it over Wi-Fi. The following Knowledge Base article shows how to sync content via USB, which may be your best option at this point:

iOS: Syncing your data with iTunes

Sync using USB

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Connect the iOS device to your computer using the included USB cable.
  3. Click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button first.) If you don't see your device, you may need to hide the sidebar. Choose View > Hide Sidebar.

Some tabs may not appear if you don't have the corresponding content in your library. For example, if you don't have any podcasts in your library, the Podcast tab won't appear.
    User uploaded file
  4. Click Apply, in the lower-right corner of the screen, to sync.
