Ipod turns on by itself
When I'm not using my ipod mini I turn it off and put the hold switch on but it still turns on and so the next day I have to charge it up again. It's quite frustrating.

Turn off your iPod's alarms:
Extras ->> Calender ->> Alarms ->> OFF
Extras ->> Clock ->> Alarm Clock ->> Alarm ->> OFF
If turning off your alarms didn't help, try resetting your iPod:

If you've already tried that, then you may need to restore your iPod through the iPod Updater:
