Q: Can't use airprint from Microsoft Word after installing the update to allow airprinting from Word...

Has anyone else had this problem and hopefully found a solution?

I currently have Print Pro and HP ePrint installed on iPad.

iPad, iOS 7.1.1

Neither Print Pro nor ePrint are AirPrint. Do you have an AirPrint-compatible printer, and if so do other apps print correctly?

OK, I see the difference now. Thank you for clarifying that for me. So Air Print is just something the iPad does...

I guess I don't know what I don't know....

AirPrint is the native print mechanism used in iOS. See:
