My Iphone 4 stopped turning on the other day. I did not drop it and there is no water damage. The apple logo appears, I can see it turn off, and I can hear the sound of a screen shot when I press those buttons, however, nothing else loads. Just a black screen. I've tried all the basic restart options and nothing has worked. I read I could try and restore it with itunes - however, when I connect my iphone to the computer it asks if I trust this computer, I say yes, but then it asks for me to confirm this question on my phone... but I can't! My screen is black, I can't put in my password and hit OK to confirm trusting computer with a black screen. Any suggestions? I tried turning off device, plugging cord into my computer, then hitting home as I connect the ipod to the USB, I get the connect to itunes message but it never goes further than that and never shows up on Itunes. I am just totally lost on what else to do or try. Any suggestions would help!
