someone hellp me i have the problem whit my iphone 4s after update to ios7.1

I have the same issue on my 4s with IOS 4.1.1

Tried everything listed in the support article and nothing fixed the issue.

I even tried wiping the phone (Restore iphone to latest firmware and not restore my backups), but that did not work either.

If someone finds a fix. Please let us know!
