Then try a damp cloth as Apple suggests. If that won't get it off, you may have no choice other than to try one of the citrus-based glue removers, the "Goof-Off" type. Use it sparingly, on a clean soft cloth, being very careful not to have the cloth wet enough to risk getting any liquid into your phone.
