Doesn't recognize all songs on album

I originally bought a single, then completed the album at a later date. Itunes does not recognize the single as part of the album, it is listed separately under the artists songs. When I play the album the original single is not played, and Itunes is now asking me to purchase the single to complete my album.

How do I correct this? I already tried turning the phone off and on.
