Q: can a seller of a particular book transfer the selling of this book to other seller?

I designed an ibook and an book for a client. He had a previous agreement with a seller who is already selling this book & ibook in the iBookstore.

The seller does not want to carry on selling the book in his acount.

Is there anyway to transfer this book to my account or should I upload the ibook again in my account? with the same isbn?

 

My client is very upset becouse his seller is changing their agreement and does not want to carry on selling.

 

advice please.

    To knowledge individual accounts and content are not transferable.

     

    The best  option would be the client to  balance the account with the current seller.

    Start afresh and  supply you the book files to start the client with a new account ( or whatever deal you have with  him)
