Click your Apple menu top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click Software Update.
Restart your Mac after the updates are installed.
On your Mac, make sure Calendars is selected in System Preferences > iCloud
Your iPhone, tap Settings > iCloud
Make sure Calendars is switched ON.

May 7, 2014 8:26 PM in response to amscnyby amscny,I completed the software update and it unfortunately hasn't solved the problem. I have checked the settings on my Mac and I-phone with no success. The recurring dates are synced to my calendar but my individual appt entries do not appear. Any further suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
