Q: my iphone 4s hot when using

hi m using iphone 4s at the time of using its getting hot alot m afraid of getting trouble.kindly suggest me something cause when i go to local iphone store they wont take responsibility they answer that.u bought it from usa so u have to go usa to exchange it.is it customer care?
