I forgot my in app purchase pass code. How do I reset it or can I reset it? Thank you for your help.

It sounds like you have forgotten the Restrictions passcode to make an In-App Purchase. If you forget your Restrictions passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore of your iPad:

If you lose or forget your Restrictions passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.
