May 8, 2014 6:30 AM in response to Ang-angby Ralph9430,In the bottom right corner of this web page there is a "Contact Us" link. Contact Apple and inform them of this problem. Many users have created threads on this and many others posted that they also have this problem. There must be a problem with the App Store that is causing this.

May 8, 2014 9:32 AM in response to Ang-angby one more,Count one more to the party!
Same thing here (France). Started this morning on trying to update IMDB & TuneIn Radio Pro on iPhone 4 & iPad Air, both running iOS 7.1.1 and using the same Apple ID. The last successful update was yesterday, no problem at all. My AppStore ID was created in the UK ages ago and moved over to France in December 2013, no issues at all. I can download any new, previously not installed apps, but when I tried to delete and then re-install the apps pending for updates, it would not let me, bringing up the same message.
I have tried the usual sign-out/sign-out on the AppStore and rebooting both devices tricks, but no luck.
What is interesting, though, is that it seems to be updating the apps, just failing to register it. I have the auto-updates turned off, so right now I have a blue dot under the Viber app and it works fine, yet it still shows up in the list of my apps to be updated on the AppStore.
So, while Apple is working on a fix, DO NOT DELETE your apps, as you may not be able to get them back until this is solved.
They'll work it out eventually...
