Q: apps store problem

I tried to update instagram apps but unsuccesful. it says that

' this update is not available for this apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.'

I used the same account when i downloaded it and it is free so no fund needed or cancelled.

I try delete and re-install it but the same think appeared. Any suggestion to solve this problem?
