Q: I have a new phone and went to restore from icloud but it say there are no backup available against my login -

I have a new phone but when I go into icloud to restore the contacts etc it has the old phone on but against latest back up it says incomplete how do I get it to restore onto my new phone?

Hello sandielvis

If you still have your previous iPhone you can try completing the back up and then restoring it. If you do not, then your only option is the last complete back up.
