Q: Emojis do not work any longer. Help!

All but five of my emojis stopped working in February 2014, one month after receiving my new iPhone 5s. I have already tried deleting the emoji keyboard and reinstalling, and also restarting phone, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them to work? I am passed frustrated

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

If you installed an app for Emoji, uninstall it, you don't need it. iOS has a built in Emoji keyboard.
Settings > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Emoji
