How can I recover deleted app with history?

My daughter accidentally deleted an app from her ipad. When she reloaded it, she had lost all of her progress and "coins." However, the app is still available on my iphone WITH the game history. How can I get the app WITH the game history back onto my daughter's ipad? (It's not working to just pull it down from the cloud again.)
