Get blank screen when attempting to access healthcare.gov

Previously, I was able to access the healthcare.gov website from my macbook pro with OSX mavericks. For the last week, I get a blank screen even though I am entering the correct user name and password. Is there something that has changed (like allow/disallow pop ups, cookies, etc.) which has caused this? Thank you.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Hi..

Using Safari ?

If so, from the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

Click: Remove all website data

Now open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following

~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db

Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.

Quit and relaunch Safari then try the healthcare.gov website.

If you still have problems, try troubleshooting Safari extensions.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari, try the healthcare website.

If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
