Q: i have to reset my iphone 4 to factory settings

so frustrated. i bought a used iphone 4. after my broke. please just tell me how to reset it to factory settings. why do u have to make it so hard

It is not hard.

Open itunes, connect iphone, click restore
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings.

Wasn't that easy!?
