I'm wanting to know if there is a way within iPhoto to put a logo/stamp/brush onto my photos? Or do I need a program/app outside of iPhoto? Some of my 'unprofessional' photos are getting some attention, so I would like to 'brand' them. Thanks!

Are you by any change wanting to put a copywrite notice on photos? If so that is no a part of iPhoto (it is in Aperture) and requires thirdparty software or an external editor - Google will show you third party software - Preview can do it as an external editor

Set Preview as the external editor and use dit a photo - or export the photo and use Preview to edit it - in preview use the annotate tool to add the desired text
