Mac Mini set up problem

I just hooked up my new mini to a thunderbolt display. When I turned it on I got the screen to choose the language. It did not give me a screen for connecting to my mouse or my keyboard, both wireless mac products. So I can't set it up. Help me please!

Try and use an other mouse to do this Settings> Key bord and mouse, They magic mouse and Keybord
