How to recover default presets

Hello,

I deleted the Black & White preset and want it back. How can I do that?

I tried deleting user preferences and even reinstall aperture as indicated in link below but nothing is working

So if anyone has a suggestion It would be greatly apreciated. Or maybe someone has a link so I can import the default Black & White preset that comes with aperture.
