    Power off the Time Capsule and your Mac. Wait a few minutes, then start the Time Capsule fist and let it run a few minutes. Then, start your Mac.

     

    Open Time Machine and wait about 5 minutes for Time Machine to fully load. It may take longer if you are connecting using wireless, so allow 10-15 minutes.
