Q: How do get music I have already paid for? I preordered an album and got already released songs. When the album come out I was charged the complete my album price but never it the music. Says I never paid in iTunes.

I have located an article that will walk you through a series of steps to locate your previously purchased content. As the article states, be sure to sign in to the original Apple ID used to make the purchase:

Before you begin

1. Sign in with the Apple ID that you used for the original purchase.
   See which Apple ID you used to download an item.
2. See if the content is available for redownload. Previously purchased items might not be available if they're no longer on the iTunes Store. If you changed your Apple ID from one country to another, you can’t download items you purchased in a previous country.
