Have you checked your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?
Or have you changed card or address details on your account : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If it shows on your iTunes account, and neither you nor anybody who has access to your account and/or devices/computers did it, then change your password and contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
