can't sync iphone
when i try to sync iphone get message phone cannot be synced. an unknown error occurred (-50).

Apple doesn't publish errors, call Apple Care or visit your local Apple Store. Anything else is a WAG.

Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:

After locating your iTunes Downloads folder:
- Quit iTunes.
- Delete the Downloads folder on your computer.

- Enter your account name and password.
