I am unable to download an app to my iPad. There is no button on the app to press to download.

Is the App compatible ? Are you using Your Country's iTunes Store ?
When I tried to download netflix there is no blue box to click. I tried to use the computer and sync it to my iPad. The app showed up on the iPad and was downloading. Once it finished downloading the app disappeared and I can't find it. The computer says it is installed but it is not on the iPad. I have other apps do the same thing.

1) Check in All Folders and on All Pages/Screens...
2) If no joy... Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen
