How to connect android phone with iPad mini

I Would like to connect my android phone with my iPad so when I receive phone calls on my android device it would appear on my iPad. Is that possible ?

For what purpose? If you are looking to transfer files/pictures/songs/media

via bluetooth, that is not a supported feature of iOS.
