The iTunes Wishlist used to have a "Buy All" button, but it was eliminated in a recent release.
Now, the way to buy the songs from the Wishlist is one at a time, by clicking on each price.

Sorry I've asked several others to also do the samething and no-one has been able to help. Is it an issue with Mavericks and Itunes perhaps? Thanks for your input still needing assistance though

Denise,
Go to the home page of the store and click on "My Wish List." That will open the wishlist. Then you will see that each item in your wishlist has a price, near the right side of each line. Click the price.
