Screen ghosting issues

I have an iPad 2 model A1395 that has developed ghost images on the screen. How do I correct this problem. Have latest updates, etc.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1

Ghosting is a hardware issue that requires relaxing the damaged LCD display. It cannot be corrected by updating software or any other software troubleshooting. Don't know if an Apple Store will replace just the LCD screen Apple usually wants to exchange if it's under warranty not replace individual parts. Check with the Genius Bar or Apple support for more information.


If it's out of warranty your best bet is to find a local repair shop LCDs usually run around $100 to $200 but it could be more or less depending on your area.
