Q: cannot connect to itunes store error code 0x80092013

I cannot connect to itunes store keep getting error code 0x80092013

I'm using latest itunes software & a new ipod classic

  my internet connection is working fine & i have tried all the reccomened help!!

  is it Proxy problem with my Network

    Hello 66ladybird88,

     

    I understand you are trying to access the iTunes Store on your Windows computer but are getting an alert with the number 0x80092013.
